What a different a Tadd makes!

As many of you will know (if you own an Entegra) was president of Entegra Coach employment was terminated at the end of November. Now due to the mass panic that this caused a couple of press releases were issued saying that this is to streamline the operation and help drive the business forward etc etc and that there would be no notable changes bla bla bla. Well before Tadd left, any Entegra owner could e-mail or call Tadd directly and you would always receive a response from him directly, normally within an hour but certainly the same day. So I thought I would put this to the test with Matt Thompson the new President of Entegra. I sent an e-mail directly to him on the 26th and 3 days later not even an acknowledgment. So clearly the way forward for Entegra is already different and it certainly looks as though the boss will be locked away behind closed doors and will not be as customer facing as Tadd was, which is a real shame.
I’ll keep you posted and we shall see if & when he ever responds.

I don’t rate Chuck Lasley at all and he has always come across to me as bit surplus to requirements. He has never made contact with me and never offered to assist me.
Tadd terminated? I just sent a comment to Entegra and mentioned him. Wow! Don’t know what happened but he appeared to be dedicated to Entegra.
HE WAS, thats the problem. Who in Entegra is as dedicated as Tadd Jenkins? Probably only Joyce but I doubt if she is able to make big decisions and if she left Enetegra would soon vanish down a big black hole.
