KOA Nashville

I thing this has to be the worst KOA site visited so far in the 2 years we have been traveling. So after my terrible experience with a distance relative of the Gestapo at the Nashville KOA , I have moved on to meet up with some friends just outside of Knoxville. I’ll probably stay here till the weekend and then make my way across to North Caroline to see family via Ashville. I did stay at a KOA in Asheville NC before and they were very friendly indeed. I suppose it only take one person to give a campsite a bad name and she currently works at the Nashville KOA. There are two sites virtually next door. Two Rivers and Yogi bear  (where we have booked a week in mid March) so we simply won’t return. Their loss !

There is a beautiful park in the area that we happened upon one time. Its called 7 points Campground and is a COE park. It was a lovely surprise on this lake; J. Percy Priest Dam and Lake.

Totally agree! We were there 2 weeks ago. TERRIBLE! We are now camping at the same campground as you – just a few sites away (Arkansas next to I40). On our way back home to Texas!

We stay at the yogi bear camp site virtually next door, it’s not 5 * but very functional. We are currently in Texas at the Treetops RV site.

Came across your YouTube channel while doing some research and saw this blog post.
We’ve heard similar things about the Nashville KOA and several people recommended Two Rivers. Been there for a couple of days late March 2018 and been quiet happy.

    Cheers

Yes, Two rivers not so refined but nicer people and perfectly OK. People who are rude and up their selves don’t deserve our business.
