So after arriving back to Middlebury IN (where I had to collect my car) I was a little concerned when Entegra contacted me to inform me that they had to replace my fridge and could I arrange to have this done at my earliest convenience. Well I was obviously pleased in one sense that they had found some kind of fault with the fridge and were going to replace it under warranty but why had they left this till the day I arrived back?
We collected our RV from Entegra after 2 year psi but was a disappointed as we collected it with more problems than when it arrived.
I left my RV with Entegra at the end of April 2017 and agreed that they would fit in the jobs that needed doing when they had available slots, as there was normally a 6 months waiting list.
I collected the RV with more faults than when I delivered it!
My RV was driven to Spartan to have the steering sorted out and whoever drove it there would have seen an orange Engine warning light on and yet they did absolutely nothing in getting this corrected. I was told that I would have to make arrangements with Cummins dealer directly. Great service.
I asked for shades to be changed (which on the worksheet it says, “done & tested” and it turns out they changed the wrong shade.
I won’t bore you with the list of things that they say have been done and hasn’t, but I will say that the state of the RV both inside and out was disgracefully.
Things have changed at Entegra, that’s for sure. But I fear not for the best. They all tell you what you want to hear. but ACTIONS speak louder then WORDS
What a damn shame! Just the same this is hardly surprising, seem this is an industry wide problem.
Yes, no one is brave enough to actually start producing a better quality product in case it eats into their margins.
I have had motorhomes for 25 years . The one thing I have learned if your not standing there watch what they do they will not do anything.

I think your right, I think entegra service and quality is worse.
It seems to me that everyone working at entegra is waiting for Thursday’s to receive the pay and that’s it there is no passion for the company as you have experienced .
And with management from Thor well ……. they make huge profits as you can see they sold for 570 000 000 ,,,570 million . I really hope it all works out for you and that you get compensated for the whole experience. Glen have you checked the recalls on your entegra?

I think your right, I think entegra service and quality is worse.
It seems to me that everyone working at entegra is not passionate about the work they do.
If I was ever going to drop a half mil or 700,000 dollars on a new RV I would take that money to marathon or Mallinium and buy a used but very high quality coach. It may be a dozen or more years old but it will out last the garbage being produced these days by the other manufacturers. I have read enough and seen enough to know that Entegra will never be in my future.
