We’ve been wanting to do a Tiffin factory tour for a while now and we finally made it to the Tiffin factory in Red Bay Alabama and was amazed how many Tiffins are waiting for service. But then when you realize that they produce 13 RV per day every day the amount waiting for service is actually a very small number.

The DRY town of Red Bay is like going back in time very few restaurants and the one we found open very very basic food. Whoever opens a decent eating place in Red Bay will make an absolutely fortune as [people waiting for service are there 2-4 weeks so there would be plenty of trade.

The tour was very thorough and extremely interesting, apart from the mess all over the floor everywhere the tour was a no holes barred tour and you could walk where you want and see what you want. By comparison, the Entegra tour is very doctored and they only show you what they want you to see.

The Tiffin paint shop was absolutely amazing and Entegra should take their coaches there to be painted as the finished product is so much better than the Entegra finish. The Tiffin paint facility is about the size the the whole of the Entegra manufacturing plant!
