Entegra Warranty Work

So we left the Rv at Lazydays in Tampa on the 15th February 2017 with a list of 14 small jobs to be completed. We were arriving back on the 16th March so rang them from the airport in Paris just to make sure that the RV was going to be ready for us when we retuned.

They explained that they hadn’t actually carried out any of the work that I had requested but might (if we were lucky) manage to get one job done by the time we arrive.

It’s organised chaos at Lazydays, so now we have to go back again to have the work done.

It would seem that most RV dealers won’t actually do the work unless you are standing over them. So if you are considering buying an RV and want to be happy. Then lower your expectation

I’m so fed up with these dealers that are totally incompetent I really wish I could do something about it. They are bloody comedians they quote 2 days to do a job, then when you book it in they say it will be a 5 day repair and we have to pay the camping charge $68.00 to say there while they do it.

“It would seem that most RV dealers won’t actually do the work unless you are standing over them. ” How true. My experience with Lazydays is the same. I bought my coach there but will not go back for service, and will not buy there again.
